Hydration is the number one way to stay healthy. A great tip for essential hydration is to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. Your body goes hours without while sleeping and it is a great way to wake your body up and get things flowing first thing in the morning.

You can also drink a glass of water before each meal to help your body feel fuller.
